Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you ("you" or "your") and Arcway Industries LLC ("Arcway," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. These Terms govern your access to and use of teeva.co and its public content, Insights, Resources, downloadable materials, contact forms, and other website features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you are subject to these Terms to the extent they are enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or submit form requests.

Relationship to Enterprise Agreements

The Platform provides information about Arcway and its flagship product, the TEEVA Commercial Growth OS™. The procurement, scope, delivery, fees, acceptance, and other terms of a Commercial Growth OS engagement are governed by the applicable written Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or other executed agreement between Arcway and the client.

2. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The Platform and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, product names, frameworks, templates, downloadable resources, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Arcway Industries LLC.

The TEEVA Commercial Growth OS™, TEEVA Commercial Gap Analysis, Agentic AI Integration Playbook, Revenue-Enabling Security Framework, and related Arcway methodologies are proprietary assets of Arcway.

Restrictions

Unless Arcway expressly authorizes it in writing, you may not:

• Reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute protected Platform content;
• Remove proprietary notices or falsely represent Arcway content as your own;
• Reverse engineer protected downloadable tools or operational models;
• Use automated scraping, extraction, or data-mining methods violating access controls;
• Use Arcway's proprietary frameworks to train or benchmark AI models without written authorization.

3. Informational Content; No Guaranteed Outcomes

Insights, Resources, articles, templates, and frameworks are provided for general informational and educational purposes. References to commercial, security, compliance, operational, or financial outcomes describe the design of Arcway's methodologies and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND PUBLIC CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ARCWAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCWAY INDUSTRIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ARCWAY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM YOUR USE OF THE PUBLIC PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.

5. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising solely from these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or over St. Johns County, Florida.
